Nearest city: Fuyun County, Altay
- By air: fly to Fuyun Koktokay Airport (usually via Urumqi); it is about 2 hours by road to Koktokay town, and the resort is about 18 km beyond, reached by shuttle or charter car.
- By car: in winter only four-wheel-drive vehicles with snow tires may drive into the scenic area; otherwise take the shuttle.
