Ticket rules
- Discounted prices apply to their own period only and cannot be used across periods.
- Weekday tickets are valid Mon–Fri, weekend tickets Sat–Sun, holiday tickets over New Year and Spring Festival. 4-hour, 6-hour and 1-day tickets are same-day only; 1.5- and 2-day tickets cover that day and the next.
- Day lifts run 8:30–16:30 and night lifts 18:30–21:30, subject to crowds and weather.
- Own-gear tickets are lift-only. Rental tickets add skis or board, boots, poles and helmet; full-kit tickets also add ski clothes, gloves and goggles. Gear is rented for the length of the ticket; late returns cost ¥1 per minute. The ¥2,000 deposit is refunded when you return the gear.
- Children: up to 1.2 m ski free with a guardian (waiver and ¥20 insurance required); 1.21–1.5 m pay half the rack rate.
- Skiers aged 65+ currently ski free Mon–Thu 12:30–16:30 (not over New Year or Spring Festival; insurance and waiver required), subject to change.

Ticket rules
- Nov 1–27 follow the separate “first three weeks” list: Nov 1–6 is trial skiing at one price for weekdays and weekends. That list has no magic-carpet tickets.
- Lifts run 8:30–16:30 on weekdays and 8:30–17:00 at weekends. Lift tickets cover chairlifts and carpets; magic-carpet tickets are for the beginner carpet area only and include rental gear.
- Rental gear includes skis or board, boots, poles and helmet, with a ¥600 deposit. Returns up to an hour late are free, then ¥80 per hour. Multi-day tickets run continuously, pausing overnight while the lifts are closed.
- Children up to 1.2 m ride free with a guardian (waiver and ¥20 insurance); 1.2–1.5 m pay half the rack rate. Skiers over 65 can get a senior ticket with ID and ¥20 insurance.

Ticket rules
- Beginner-area tickets cover lifts 1, 2, 4 and 8 plus the tows and magic carpets; full-mountain tickets cover every lift. Codes are ours; the original list has none.
- Holiday prices apply over New Year and Spring Festival, with dates set by the State Council. Until the 2027 schedule is out we use Jan 1–3 and Feb 5–12.
- Visitors from outside Xinjiang who fly into Altay, Kanas or Koktokay airport can ski one day free at one of Altay's four big resorts within five days of landing (not over Spring Festival; rentals and lessons extra; e-boarding passes are checked live for “arrived” status).
- Xinjiang residents pay 30% of the rack rate and Altay residents ski free with ID (both exclude Spring Festival and cover lift access only).
Prices on the day as announced by the resort prevail. Discounted prices usually need to be bought in advance through official channels. Multi-day tickets are priced by the first day.
