Getting there
Nearest city: Dayi County, Chengdu
- By car: about 2.5 hours from Chengdu via the Chengdu–Wenjiang–Qionglai Expressway to Dayi, then take the Yuanyangchi cableway up to the ski area.
- By bus: direct coaches from Chengdu Chadianzi Bus Station take about 2 hours.
Where to stay
Hotels and guesthouses are available at the foot of the mountain and in Xiling town; staying overnight helps avoid the morning rush.
